Been a customer of Leeds for over 40 years, always been happy till now. I've been trying to add funds to my ISA, I have been dealing with the call centre (when I can get through), a long story but forms sent back don't appear to have been processed and nobody seems to be able to determine whether they have been received or not, always promises of we will look into it and email/phone you, needless to say no calls/emails ever materialised. Went into my local Norwich branch, a totally different experience, seen immediately even though it was lunchtime, helpful efficient staff, filled in forms there and then, advised what to do, all with a cheery can do attitude. So 5 stars for Norwich branch, 2 stars for call centre as they were polite. Don't bother with the call centre, use the branch.
