lady surve me I was buying a push chair and she helped get it down for me and was really nice and helpful thanks you pushchair mothercare I'm so happy thank again to the assistant Hannah for your help and kindness

Went. Into the store to purchase a car seat for our Ford C-Max. Jess was very helpful in giving advice but unfortunately she didn’t have the type we were interested in. She didn’t know when they would get anymore in. We wanted to have one fitted to make sure it fitted correctly. Unfortunately we went elsewhere. We needed to get this right as we have 3 granddaughters. Saying that, Jess was very knowledgeable nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Jess

Appalling customer service. Rang store as received no contact as previously promised regarding replacement part for £750 pram only to find that part hadn't been ordered! Just arrived to collect replacement some 3 months after request only to find that only half of it has turned up! Now have to come back again - nobody seems bothered and customer service (joke) dept won't ring you. SHOCKING!!

Apparently this is not a 'big' mothercare and they don't stock all the car seats. No Cosato seats at all. Big stores are Sheffield and Leeds!!

Always seems really understaffed. I don't think I've ever been served, either at the till or on the shop floor, without waiting at least 5mins. The staff have always been friendly though, even when rushed.
The main grievance for me though... they never answer the phone!!??! I had an incorrect click and collect order that I went to Riverside specifically to collect. When I got home and opened it to find that it was wrong I tried calling FIFTEEN TIMES over the next 24hrs and have still not been answered. Now I have to make a separate trip again just to try to resolve their error.
