This Office in Norwich is really nice. The Converse range was quite extensive. What I liked were the sales people didn?t bother to ask you if you were okay as soon as you went in so you could browse at your leisure; unless because of Covid they were told not to? Anyway, the staff were friendly and polite and if in Norwich I will call in here again.

Very helpful, patient and kind staff. My daughter has ?difficult? feet and was problem trying different ones on. Got there in the end and she?s pleased with her shoes ?

This shop doesn't even rate a 1 star after rudely informing me that my NEW shoes aren't faulty and offering to send them away for 4-6 weeks for the manufacturer to DECIDE whether they're faulty or not. Discusting !!!!!!!!!
