Many chemists won’t even ring the doctors for you if the medication hasn’t been sent across from the GP Surgery . They are always so helpful , friendly and kind . “Staff are the best and very polite and friendly, however trying to phone the Castle Mall Opticians is practically impossible to get through unless you have a spare 30 mins or more to get through and pressing 1, 4, 1, 4, and so on. Even if you are prepared to wait, chances are you won’t get through or you’ll hang up in frustration.To BOOTS get a grip on the phone service, asap!!!!!”

“The staff at this store are an absolute credit to the company. I dropped in Saturday while visiting the area and the service I received from the lovely lady on the counter was exceptional. (Though you'll find a wider range on some lines in the actual supermarket.)I visited recently for a flu vaccination and found it fairly quick and painless.There's also the advantage of having Morrison's car park and cafe on the doorstep.Some of the customers seem a tad bolshy, but that's people for you.”

“Outstanding service and better than private healthcare. Anthony an absolute gem,I was very worried about umbilical hernia surgery and he allayed my fears...very nice and makes wonderful tea. The team were faultless in theatre,no pain and great follow up calls. In all the most enjoyable surgery I've ever had,they gave me an inny belly button which is rather wonderful. “Boots Loddon Pharmacy and Chemist is a much valued asset in the community. We are lucky to have such an excellent pharmacist in Riel and all the staff are very helpful and genuinely friendly. It was a great relief for me to call the pharmacy this morning (10/03/18) and get advice on medication for my husband. The shop, although not large, is well stocked and any product not in stock can be ordered. My husband and I would like to extend a big thank you to all the staff. “Fantastic Patient/Customer Service Due to my medical condition I have used this pharmacy since 2004 and can’t recommend them highly enough for all there expertise professionalism and care they all provide. All staff go above and beyond there call of duty to help the patients ( especially myself ) gain a better knowledge of there medication and health conditions and medication. Even when faced with hurdles thrown at them from 3rd parties they adapt to the condition never loosing there professionalism and always keeping the patient informed at all times. We are coming up to Christmas which is a busy time for them, however if there was a way of rewarding this site for there continued help and support to the community I would very much like to put them forward for it.”

“I was greeted on arrival and treated as a person signed in and taken upstairs for a health check. This was done with efficiently and care. Wait time approx. 2 minutes. No problem here. The eye tests were great we had fun talked a lot. I talk a lot. Again I was treated as a person. The optician was great she explained when I ask something. I could not ask for anything better.
