Post office assistant was dismissive and abrupt. She was reluctant to provide time to help resolve an issue and kept speaking in a sharp tone. Was more concerned to take her lunch break than give any empathy or understanding to your situation. A lady that doesn't suffer fools gladly and rather send you away so not waste her time on you. Had knowledge for the job and plenty to say but lacked customer care skills.

I really like this place and feel like we are lucky to have a place like this in Hethersett. I always found everyone very friendly, but today when I visited to send some Christmas cards, I felt very bad. The worker treated me, in my opinion, disrespectfully. She seemed offended when I asked her the best place to stick the stamps and she responded, give me, I'll do it, with a not very positive attitude, taking the cards from my hand. Then to find out what postage I want to chose to sent the card, she replied "tell me quickly" when I was thinking which option was best for me.... When she finished, I was polite, I thanked her and wishes her a Merry Christmas, to which she did not respond. Just when I was walking out the door, someone came in to say bye bye to her and wish her merry Christmas and her response was really nice, not like she was responding all the time to me.All this I would like to add that there was no one waiting so she had not to rush with me and there were still 45 minutes left until closing.Her attitude made me feel bad and I asked myself if knowing that I am not English, and I don't know how postage fees works here....why did she treat me like that? More empathy and patience next time please, because I have a horrible feeling now.

First time I have used the Post Office in Hethersett since it has moved to the Library. I was greeted with a friendly smile and the service was great. Thank you for keeping the post office in our village going.

Ann is wonderful. I just visited today (Saturday 28th October)Ann was very efficient, fast, very polite and excellent at her job.The room was very clean, tidy and very well organised.Couldn't rate Ann or this post office any higher!

Quite a good post office staff in there are very friendly. I would argue it's a lot better than the old post office.Easy parking unlike the old one with disabled spaces as well

I post parcels regularly at Hethersett Post Office and always receive a friendly smile and chat as well as excellent service from Ann & Alison working hard behind the counter. Their superb customer service is second to none!! Hethersett is lucky to have this community Post Office in our lovely village. Thank you ladies ?
