delivery.. dont use this company!! I have spoken to customer services, emailed them and also chatted online.
they are deceitful, fraudulent, liers, treat you with discontent then offer an evoucher on day 2 of incompetence and first apology! this was AFTER I'd said I won't be using their home delivery dispite me being disabled.. moved to Norwich recently and have to say the years with this company in essex far supercedes norfolk. disgusted! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Use tesco/asda/co-op/aldi ANYWHERE else!

Just want to say how well organised the store was today when I finally had to venture out to get fuel. People marshalling the traffic, everything moving freely, and I was in and out in 20 mins. Well done for adapting like you have in a tricky situation. Hopefully things will calm down soon!

I?ve been using their click and collect service recently and have to say thank you and well done to everyone who works so hard to keep this amazing service going during this pandemic. Those working in the van are always friendly.......just what you need on a cold wet early morning.
I have also shopped inside the store a few times in the last year and have always found the staff to be friendly and cheerful and helpful.
