Staff and service are very good. Barker Street is not an easily accessible location if you need a scooter or powered wheelchair to travel. Pavement with no dropped kerbs and have to cross roads with no easy crossing. I have tried a variety of approach with no improvement of note. This must also affect staff and employment opportunities. Needs attention from all local businesses.

Bought some "brick cleaner" as needed it urgent (to collect) then at the end of the transaction after I had paid I got a message to say it it was being despatched from main depot and would be notified when it was ready for collection in Norwich!!!!!!Two days later....... it was there at Barker street.....de greaser .....not brick cleaner.If you havnt got it when I need it dont take my money and make me wait, could have gone elseware.
