On arrival to the store, I found the sofa I wanted and sat down on it! A member of staff came over to us, offered us a drink and was genuinely nice without being pushy..
I knew what I wanted and what size so put the order in, which didn't take long at all. I was told about caring for the sofa but was disappointed that there's a delivery fee even after spending alot on a sofa! But that's a national policy, not the fault of the member of staff.
Fingers crossed delivery is equally as straight forward! Unless anything goes wrong now, if definitely go back for my next item of furniture

Brought 2 lazyboy sofas sold to us by nas. Was told 8-9 weeks before can be delivered as made in USA and actually arrived before we expected. Delivery they phoned an hour before they arrived they were friendly and unpacked sofas took rubbish away and left. Would recommend and would use again. Thanks

I had already decided on what carpet I would like but was unsure about ordering online. So I visited my local store for advice and then to order the carpet. The staff there were brilliant, very friendly and helpful. I had measured the room that I needed carpeted but they advised me to have their free survey to confirm that I had got the measurement right. I decided to pay for the carpet on that day and if the survey came out less than I had paid for then I would be refunded. The surveyor texted me the night before to let me know when he would be round and he arrived on time the following day. He was very professional and helpful. After the survey I was able to phone my local store to arrange for the fitting. We agreed on a certain day but then I had to change that day and when I phoned to explain that I had to change the day the lady I spoke to was great. I have had no bad experiences with my local SCS only good ones and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Just received a £100 deposit refund from these guys. Because our sofa was not delivered on time. Happy.
