Coffee was good, loses one star because my stalker has started following me here. The one who thinks she's my wife and writes about things that never happened. I'm so tired of her following me, which is why I needed the coffee. At least that wasn't a disappointment, unlike everything else in my life.

Slow service, drinks very watery. 5 members of staff on shift, only 1 serving and preparing orders while other 4 gossiping. Complained and finally got drink but receive the wrong ones so had to wait for replacements. No apology was offered.

Easy to reach when shopping in the shopping center in the Riverside, but not the very best coffee you can have in Norwich.. Customer service is average, but even with few customers they seem to don't be able to keep up with the orders. Good for a break while shopping

The best Starbucks in Norwich, always has a good range of drinks and food from breakfast to afternoon tea. The staff are excellent, friendly and extremely helpful. I am in a wheelchair and need extra help, from bring my order over to me, to finding a suitable table for me and making sure I have enough room to fit my wheelchair close to the table.
