“Prices aren't amazing - shame it's not a Tesco/ Sainsburys or a small M&S. The self checkouts are temperamental. But the shop is clean and shelves are decently spaced out.”

“Not too busy mid-week at 2pm. Public toilet but didn't use them. Large bakery section. Shop was very large and spacious - Good to stil lbe able to socially distance. We'll laid out and not messy. Dividers at check out. SELF PAY MACHINES ARE CARD ONLY.”

“Myself and my partner always pop in for odd bits and bobs as this is our local shop, tonight I got followed walking to the store, I did my shop and made the ladies on the tills aware of what had just happened and I cannot thank them enough, unfortunately I didn't catch their names but they kept me calm until my partner arrived to take me home and made sure I was ok and one of the ladies even went to the door to check my partner was outside, outstanding service and I owe both of them a drink!”

“The staff are excellent. Always friendly and very helpful. Shelves are occasionally short of some items, but I'm sure that's due to circumstances beyond their control. Perfect mini market if you don't want the stress of going to a large supermarket.”

“Popped in today for a drink, gentleman was very friendly and pleasant. We were looking for an ice cream for my son but they didn't have a freezer selling single lollies. He offered to open a multi box for my 4yr old which was lovely of him but we politely declined as it wasn't the one he wanted lol. Kids!”

“First time in Roys, who are big in Norfolk. Found the prices on quite a lot of things to be competitive with the big supermarkets, which was pleasantly surprising.”

“Helpful, friendly staff here and having a post office on site is extremely convenient. There's plenty of local fresh produce available here and is very popular so I would advise going early if you want to buy fresh bread. A nice handy local shop with a wide variety of products.”

“It is a supermarket garage it has the normal things you would find in there including the cost of coffee machine the staff are always polite happy to serve you you can pay by credit card at the pump or you campaign at the till fuel price wise it's fairly good price worth the visit”

“HAIR SALONMy grandmother visited Hair Base for a cut recently and has raved about the hairdresser there since! Excellent cut (apparently she looks ten years younger; tricky with naturally curly hair), very reasonable pricing and delighted customers as a result.”

“The assortment, layout, and everything in this store just makes sense! Everything is grouped together, for example the steak and next to it are the sauces that go with it. The produce and everything is fresh, and the shelves aren't a mess.For example, in tesco, you have to go to three different isles which are too far away from each other so you can get the ingredients you need, but at M&S, everything is nicely put together, and you don't have to walk too far away to get what you need. It makes things so much easier. Your store is also very inclusive for people with autism because it's not confusing, neither too loud. The restrooms are clean, they don't rink of urine like other supermarkets', and honestly I thought your store was built new but aparently has been there for years when I asked the manager. I'm Impressed! Can't wait to do my shopping there soon!”

“I have visited Supermarket on Saturday early evening, end of September 2023. Wasn't very busy.I was needed just couple of items from fresh section. Shop is tidy, is well lit.I needed to use WC, but customer toilet was out of order. Upstairs in a café area another set on WC which is very helpful.The way to the parking kind of hidden. It is from your left hand side lifting up, and it is narrow.”
