I bought my wife a Ted Baker leather jacket for christmas the first time that she wore it the leather cover on the front button came of and was lost leaving the brass backing plate I reported it to customer services and was told I would be sent a replacment button within four weeks SEVEN weeks have now past and many phone calls and still no BUTTON I would have received better service at Primark.
This is a £200 jacket and I just want a button.
