Great store, great staff but why can management not implement the same rules as the bigger stores in respect of COVID - ie shopper numbers and no mask no service?A few extra staff on the evening shifts during the holiday season will help with products on the shelves.

I have asked for tobacco cutter choice I paid and I left when I arrived at work I realised that I was given Amber leaf tobacco, 5 minutes later I back to exchange it, Nic said to me that was my fault because I haven?t checked what I was given, on top of that she was so rude she didn?t even apologise.

Really need to rethink the carpark layout. Not exactly safe parking, entering or exiting

A handy store for holiday makers but poor stock control. For example no washing up liquid of any kind for 3 days now and freezer cabinet with hardly anything in. Also the hand sanitizer had run out yesterday on entering the shop and there is no control of the amount of customers in the shop.

Good selection and helpful staff. The only issue, well known to staff and locals, is the utterly selfish parking that occurs, not just during holidays, but throughout the year, because drivers cannot be bothered to drive around the back to park in the allocated parking. Instead, they choose to use the disabled space (with no badge), create their own space next to the disabled space or dump their vehicle opposite the doors, which then obstructs the front for anyone else trying to leave in a safe manner. Perhaps the most selfish are those who park in the bus stop at the front of the store. This obscures the view for those trying to leave, obstructs the bus, which then has to try and stop somewhere else, meaning disabled or elderly passengers have to walk further to get on. It wasn't long ago that everyone said 'it won't be long before there's an accident', then, lo and behold, a young boy is knocked down by a truck in front of the store and had to be airlifted to hospital. All this because people can't be bothered to park round the back, or walk a short distance along the road, usually with the excuse of 'I'll only be 5 minutes'. 5 minutes is plenty of time to cause chaos, frustration, and create hazards. Please think of others. It's convenient enough to not have to drive out of the village, surely we can all walk a short distance to the store, or park correctly?

Visited your store to pick up a few bits while we were here on holiday and then was harass by one of your staff with a mop bucket all the way around the store he also burp quiet near me which I found to be so disrespectful and unprofessional .

Ideally located to provide mundesley with all their produce needs, ideal for locals and visitors as stops you having to drive 15 to 20 minutes further along the coast to get shopping from the largest supermarkets in the bigger towns. Car parking for at least 8 cars behind which is ideal for the size of the store. Good overall selection of items in store, good service and always stocked well. Only a short drive from the village.
