Blonde woman on the till has been consistently rude and had attitude whenever I go in there.Example- when she asks for my id I give it to her and then instead of handing it back to me she will chuck it on the desk and also most times when she asks for id she isn?t polite and interrupts you mid sentence.I work in customer service, i get that it isn?t always easy. But as someone who takes extra precaution to always be super kind to anyone in customer services, to be then looked at like I?m mud on her shoe isn?t appreciated.And the fact that it?s not on one occasion it?s all of them (I go almost everyday as I work nearby).And it?s not just me that she has this attitude with, every customer I?ve seen her interact with she has been rude, inattentive, dismissive and had horrible attitude.In addition to that, when I was there the other day there was someone who was hard of hearing and she wasn?t really helping them very well and then after the customer left the cashier proceeded to laugh about it. Truly horrendous person.Other than that the other staff are lovely and the tesco is a tesco but had to say this as it?s getting on my nerves now everytime i go in and I know she?s there ready to make you feel like an inconvenience!

Just went in and was served by a really friendly helpful guy. A real pleasure to shop there which I never expect in a supermarket! Simple but made my morning! Thank you

Very busy on a chilly early December Saturday afternoon. Customers picking up lunch items and Christmas shopping. Good range with the shelves being restocked as I shopped. Plenty of bargain reduced items. All together a nice small city centre Tesco.

Lovely, cheerful security staff at the door that welcome you in and out, the actual tesco staff could learn from them, good array of stock, never too busy

Yes I know "Daniel" you wouldn't have got a job in customer service if you'd have known that you'd have to serve Actual customers.At least attempt the charade that my custom doesn't bother you. maybe grab an extra cup of coffee next time.

Today myself and my partner visited this branch....I did not enter but stood a safe distance away.....I was quite amazed at how leisurely the staff were acting during current events...... Way to many for such a small store and all not showing any social distancing measures.... No strict monitoring of customers entering and it felt very disrespectful of the ongoing crisis.....I counted around half a dozen staff members in a close proximity to each other acting as though they were up the pub on a regular Saturday night.....I'll be avoiding this store for the foreseeable future..... Be careful.... My partner told me that in the store there was congestion in the narrow aisles and she had to make an effort to avoid a member of staff who was pointlessly conversing with her about her private life...... All staff unmasked and seemingly in a bubble unaware of the risk they are putting themselves and the visiting customers.....
