Easy and hassle free. Card payments at pump. Good prices.

Fuel is competitive but always busy, maybe sometimes because half the pumps more often tban not are shut off. The store is cramped and the queues are slow to move with people always in the way of the shelf you want to get to and now with the addition of self serve tills makes the paying area even more congested with not only me getting impatient with even longer queues.

Went to get some petrol for my generator which has a 25 litre tank as i own and run a mobile catering unit i need a mobile power supply.\\nAs i went to fill up my jerry can i was met by a tesco employee who told me i couldnt use that type of can as they only allow the 5 litre cans tbat they sell in store,so im guessing tesco want me to make 5 trips to them buying only 5 litres at a time....the mind boggles.

A couple of things to be aware of for some of the negative comments on here:-\\n\\nRegarding £99 pay at pump holding deposit:-\\n\\\"Last year supermarkets across the UK introduced a petrol payments change endorsed by VISA and Mastercard.\\\"\\n\\n\\\"Reports at the time said the attempt was down to 'a new European-style rule change by Visa and Mastercard'.\\n\\nOn the current changes, Mastercard told MailOnline: 'The funds never leave anybody's account and they are available for use immediately afterwards.\\\"\\n\\nWhat AUTHORISED containers can I use to store petrol?\\n\\nPLASTIC containers storing UP TO 10 litres.\\nMETAL containers storing up to 20 litres.\\n\\nYou are not allowed to just use a random plastic barrel/bottle. Hence them being Authorised....

Was so disappointed to see they now charge £99 holding fee to use pay at the pump. I was in a hurry and had to go in to pay. I won't be using them again!

This place has a strong aura. Attracting all sorts of people. Such as the local children asking others to buy them vodka. Or drunkards utilising their 24 hour opening time to combat their inebriated body with a delightful meal deal. Personally, I choose a wrap of the chicken variety (the drink and snack are variable).Good access, friendly staff, cheap prices

Good little store to have but getting in and out is a nightmare with ques backing up onto main road causing congestion. Disabled spot always used by non disabled drivers. Pay at pump is good but a nightmare as it only let's you fill to £30.00. The que to pay for petrol mingles with shoppers and you are waiting forever and if you are a disabled driver this is painful and not very nice at all.I will say the staff are very friendly the store is very clean. Hours could be set aside for uea shopping only as it does tend to get bogged down with students a d the ques reach the door at times. I total agree that a till should be reserved for the pay at pump customers paying for petrol should be kept separate from the shoppers 100% this will work and keep the ques down. It should be headed petrol only no food .This is causing ques at pumps, traffic congestion on roads, and really needs to be addressed by the management team.
