Shopping doesn't feature in my 10 best things I like to do but your staff at Harford Bridge store make it so much better for me. Friday I was standing looking at my list obviously wondering where I could find an item when a member stopped asked if he could help, he took me directly to the right spot. At check out always helpful when needed.

It's a great store, just outside of Norwich. Good - sized car park or you can take the bus 36A (purple line) from the city centre and it stops just outside of the store. Very well stocked, clean, and lots of staff on the shopfloor clearly working very efficiently during what is the busiest time of the year in retail.

Why are there no changing rooms? So annoying ! Can't afford to keep travelling in to change things. Won't be buying clothes here anymore

Tesco Superstore has not changed from the day it opened in Harford. The company is a 'grab all whatever the cost' group in my opinion, and the customers are there to be fleeced. What happened to the family packs that were so plentiful before the covid lockdown? etc. Why do the home delivery staff have to shop in the store and be so rude and insensitive? Why isn't home shopping done out of the warehouse. And so on!!!.

27.08.2023 Very, very busy at 3pm on a Sunday! Fresh sushi counter, the normal fruit and veg, bakery section etc. Small back to school aisle. Seasonal aisle (garden) was reduced. Large clothing section.

Norwich Harford Bridge Tesco.Fruit and veg is now so very sub par. Rotting carrots packaged up in the plastic bags and bruised apples hidden face down in plastic covered card trays in an attempt to deceive their customers. So much for plastic reduction, if only they were to pay fair prices to their producers, they would get something other than 'horse carrots'. Supermarkets have become so greedy and it now shows. Same with the eggs, there was no shortage, they didn't want to pay, so they didnt get the produce. No more, i will be shopping my fresh produce elsewhere and using them for the tinned stuff. Surely they will not get that so wrong. Local farm shops are selling great fresh produce. Worth the extra pennies.

I think the Petrol Station clocks are set to a European Timezone as it is FREQUENTLY not open until the stated 10pm on the Tesco website, often closed much earlier. If either the clocks could be changed to GMT or the website updates to show the ACTUAL closing time that would be tres magnifique. Merci.

I?m messaging to say how disappointed I was with a trip to your store in Norwich yesterday. I use this store weekly and had popped in to grab some bits I needed as was having people round that evening. To save time I used the scan and bag option which normally I?m a fan of.In the homeware section I found 2 boxes for a go cook knife set I?ve been wanting for a while so I scanned a box to collect at checkout. This is where the issues began. As soon as the guy saw the box he started to avoid eye contact with me and I had to shout to grab his attention as was in a hurry to get home. Finally he took the box and said he would get someone to collect the set and bring to me. The box then sat on the counter for 5 mins until another assistant picked it up and asked why it was there. Apparently no one had been asked to collect the item so the second assistant then pushed a button to ask for help. After over 10mins of waiting she decided she would go look and returned to say they weren?t in the locker she needed to get customer services to look out back. I watched people come and go to be told there were 2 in stock but they had to find them. I was getting annoyed at this point as had lots of frozen items and ice cream in the trolly and my daughter with me who was also becoming fed up with the wait. After 35mins of standing waiting at the checkout I was then told they didn?t have the item and I would need to go to customer services to get a refund of the £50 the knife set cost. (This isn?t showing in my account but assume it will take a day to clear)By the time this had been actioned we had stood around for 45mins and when we got to car some items were starting to defrost and melt. I was now going to be delayed getting things sorted in time for the people arriving that evening.I have the choice of supermarkets but have remained loyal to Tesco as my go to for many years but this experience was a joke at best and I feel was handled very badly. I totally understand that mistakes happen and stock gets misplaced and also knives need to be secured properly at all times, but I just feel my Daughter and I were left standing around while people did the bare minimum to help and then just gave up as was easy to fob us off than to find the item I?d paid for.I still don?t have the knife set I wanted but I feel now I?ll be looking elsewhere for one that will hopefully be available and less hassle to purchase.Sorry Tesco but really disappointed and let down today

Came into the store today for some face wipes and alcohol, it was towards the end of the store closing time but managed to get to self serve with 1 minute to spare. As I was approaching the till a short grey haired woman working on self checkouts started speaking to me very rudely repeating that I needed to be at the till as they are closing, which I was clearly walking towards. As I got to the till, the prompt for my ID appeared. To which she came over and just said ? ID?, my boyfriend realised he had left his in the car and asked if it was possibly to run out and get it, he repeatedly apologised but she was not happy with this. She raised her voice telling me they were closed etc. this was not the friendly service I would expect from Tescos, she made me feel very uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this store.
