“Oxfam is an absolute gem of a charity. They're really generous and always happy to help if your product arrived faulty or without items. All the workers I've met have been really nice and helpful.”

“Great charity shop I walk past when getting off the bus from the bus station. The prices have had to change with the times (as with most shops) but they have kept prices reasonable and fair. They do some wonderful themed windows either to a season or with a theme relevant for Norwich at the time of the window being done. The staff over time are lovely and have made me feel welcome for over 11 years. Thank you.”

“Love this charity shop, they have some lovely pieces and nice little hand made bits like lavender bags. Like a lot of charity shops the prices can be silly, sometimes as much as for new. Somethings are a bargain and it nice to look around, I also have bought some well priced wool from them.”

“The BHF stock an interesting selection of books and clothes that can be pricier than rival charity shops but are excellent quality.Should you still be into CDs and DVDs, you can pick them up for a song. Along with selections of bric-a-brac and jewellery.I've personally found the service efficient and friendly.”
