Well situated hotel with basic but comfortable rooms. The website warns that due to its location that there is some street noise. Didn't find this to be a problem, but do be warned that on Monday morning refuse is collected along the street at 5:45am followed at 6:15am by glass recycling bins from the nightclubs. A very rude and exceptionally loud awakening!

Hotel and rooms pretty basic and clean . We opted for the unlimited breakfast buffet which was good value for money as children eat free. The only complaint with regard to how the seating was sorted at breakfast was that it wasn't...... a lone eater would sit at a table which could seat a family ..so then this caused a wait till a bigger table became free . Maybe a polite prompt by staff towards the guest doing this may help the situation. All the staff very helpful and friendly.

Had 2 rooms, 1 smelt of stale sweat so used the squirt of perfume to mask the smell. Few hairs left in the bath. Not the best night's sleep but did us for 1 night. Good location close to local secure car park.\\nPleasantly surprised how good the breakfast was, well cooked and plenty of it.

A Travelodge is pretty standard wherever you are in the U.K, however I didn't have the best of stays here. To be fair I didn't have any issues with my room itself, it was in fact the location. Boy racers thrashing noisy cars and bikes up and down the road outside until the early hours. This accompanied with all the clubbers and drinkers leaving the night spots on Prince of Wales Road. Shouting, screaming, glass breaking, police car sirens. Not conducive for a restful nights sleep. By the way this was on a Tuesday evening! If you like a peaceful nights sleep I'd look elsewhere.

I just had to leave a review to show my appreciation of the staff at this establishment. I had an altercation with the person I was supposed to be sharing the room with and they did everything they could to ensure I was comfortable and safe. They handled the whole thing amazingly and I felt so safe in their care. The room was great and clean too. Only down side is you have to park in a multi-storey car park which you need to pay for but it isn?t too expensive. Would definitely stay here again

This is a city center budget hotel and so is a little noisy but that?s explained on the hotel website. It?s an older hotel and could do with a refurbishment. The staff were helpful and friendly.\\nI was in room 322 on the top floor. It?s a nice room, it has a hanging rail but no drawers for socks, etc. There?s a shelf about the hanging rail that might be meant for socks, etc but stored 2 extra pillows. There?s a desk area that has the only 2 plugs in the room and two plastic, reasonably, comfortable, chairs. There?s a small TV on the desk area facing the bed. A full length wall mirror completes the fixtures and fittings.\\nThe bathroom is small with a compact deep bath with a central light that casts shadows onto the bathroom mirror. The bed was comfortable but the headboard has minimal storage.\\nThe breakfast which runs from 7-10 is a fixed price. There?s not a lot of selection of hot items compared to other budget chains but everything was well prepared if a little bland.\\nThe wifi (£3 per 24 hours) was unreliable. The speed was ok.

This is a fantastic location just just the opposite side of Norwich train station across the river located 5 minutes from the city centre has fantastic rooms with excellent bedding aircon conditioning lovely staff clean and I fantastic choice of food and drink served in a restaurant as well as to your room. There is plenty of parking as well as disabled parking and can accommodate large group of party members as well as a short weekend break

I am.never there long enough to truly appraise the place, but it is always spotlessly clean, night porter Stan was excellent catering for all your needs if required.... My pizza although a tad on the pricey side was awesome... 5 minutes leisurely stroll from the station and just £8 for a taxi to the airport.

Comfortable bed and room is clean. Could do with power points next to the bed. Can't believe they are still charging for WiFi when every other hotel chain has it for free.

Great location, clean rooms. Breakfast was ok. Bit noisy at night as it's in the heart of the nightlife.

Unfortunately, the worst nights sleep Iâ??ve had in a long time due to the location of this hotel. I just about drifted off at 1am and was woken at 4 when the nightclubs nearby emptied. Closing the windows only muffled the noise but itâ??s too hot to settle after that. Iâ??d definitely pick the one across town if you need a rest and are staying at a weekend.
