I enquired about ISA's and Savings account today in the Norwich store and the staff member named Karen was brilliant in helping me out. She was so helpful i I will be going there next year to open an account with all thanks to Karen help!.

Great service received from Karen & Verity last week resulting in upgrading one account and opening another. They were quite literally a ray of sunshine on a rainy day. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. ??Only gripe is there is often a wait but hopefully this situation will improve as we exit Covid restrictions and YBS extend opening hours.

I regularly use the Norwich branch and always receive a top level service. I would nominate Karen for employee of the week every week if I could, she is always extremely efficient, helpful, cheerful and very welcoming. She is a bit asset to the Building Society. Thank you Karen.

Having just been to Lloyds Bank to sort out our new address details I was looking forward to getting the same issue resolved here. What more can I say than we ended up walking out with a cheque and closed account. I actually thought I was supposed to be the customer and they were supposed to help me. Totally the opposite; obstructive; awkward and unhelpful.

My husband went in to get money today for the Bank holiday. After waiting in a long queue and finally got to the counter he was told that all systems were down and they were not able to give out any money. There should have been a person at the front door informing people who were waiting that there was a problem. Disgraceful!!!!! To add insult to injury they have closed at 2.30pm not allowing for systems to be fixed and service customers. What ever service is this. We will be moving our money from this archaic way of working.
