22 Magdalen Street“When I was homeless, I was scared and I had contacted The Salvations Army in Thetford to help assist me and they were able to accommodate me. I went inside and they offered me a cup of tea and some dinner but I really wasn't hungry given my circumstances. It was definitely a traumatic experience but I'm glad that I wasn't on the streets and for that I need to thank the Salvations army for ensuring I wouldn't be put out on the streets. There were a lot of people there and during the day you do need to leave so that they could arrange a café for others to come and fundraise.”
“A superb location near the famous Nuns Bridges in Thetford. I would look forward to a visitor centre with information of projects that the BTO undertakes locally. This could attract local people with families, and also local schools with an emphasis on the importance on conserving nature and wildlife.”
