We popped in to purchase 9 slabs for a home project. We parked in the car park and spoke to a friendly lady who took our order. We were told we ours have free delivery as we were down the road. We only had to wait a few days for this to be delivered. We did ask for them to be put behind the side gate in the back garden but when I went down later in the day I found the slabs on the front of the house. Worried people may think they could take one I carried 9 slabs through to the garden and pulled my back. I am not the strongest person so recommend you write more detail in the delivery so you don't hurt yourself like I did. My husband wasn't in and they never knocked the door- I worked from home that day too! Still good quality slabs and got what we needed.

Ordered some slabs from Bradstone though Travis Perkins. I ordered 5x pallets when they arrived 3x packs were damaged. But Neil at the store had the pallets replaced and re-delivered very quickly. The damaged slabs were due to Bradstone and not Travis Perkins but Neil went over and above to get the issue resolved. 5* thanks Jason.

Very helpful staff, good range of products. Steep upward sloping entrance, could create problems in winter conditions. Steps up to front of store not wheelchair friendly.
