Yes, the staff are helpful when you finally get to speak to them but the place is clearly massively under-staffed and/or the way prescriptions are dealt with is poorly managed. I've seen queues where they only see a new customer every 7 or 8 minutes with 30+ people waiting yet have five or six staff behind the desk apparently getting prescriptions ready? This place became a nightmare during Covid and they don't seem to have recovered. Needs a bigger shop and 50%+ more staff to deal with local demand.

Says it's open online - it is not. Apparently Christmas hours have been updated - they have not. Took my one year old out in the cold for nothing! I have rang a few times this morning and occasionally the line was busy so I did assume the online hours were correct. If you're closed, you need to update this online.

Awful. Feeling ill. Trying to cancel a flu jab booked online. It's not showing up in my orders on boots website. Click on link in email doesn't work. Boots customer service not open. Pharmacy not open. Appointment this morning in about an hour. Told to call back later. It's no wonder that people simply don't turn up. It's taken 20 minutes and it's still not cancelled....

Staff do their best but expect to queue for an hour or more before you get to the counter. Staff are helpful once you get there but incredibly overworked as they are always short staffed. As I said, they do their best - be kind.

Long queue's, seems to be a lot of staff wandering about while only one on the till, got to be the worst boots branch iv'e ever been in, they cant even get the opening times right. Website says 8-00am, notice on door says 8-30am. About time they got there act together and got this abysmal branch sorted out.

IF YOU NEED URGENT MEDICATION GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.BOOTS WYMONDHAM ARE AWFUL AND HAVE BEEN FOR WELL OVER 10 YEARS.IF YOU HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AS THE QUEUES ARE RIDICULOUSLY LONG AND THE SERVICE IS VERY VERY SLOW.THERE OPENING TIMES ARE ALSO INCORRECT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE, THEY AREN'T FIT FOR PURPOSE

Can someone from your marketing team please update the opening hours on Google. I appreciate you're short staffed but I just wasted my lunch break and petrol driving to the pharmacy, only to find that they are closed between 1-2pm for lunch every day. It would be nice for that information to be public!

The staff do the best they can with staff shortages.They always try to help and are sympathetic to the customers need.It can sometimes get busy in the pharmacy and a bit crowded so try to go at off peak times.

Not great experiences here at all. Twice now ive had my medication late. The staff put it in the locker for collection, but both times forgot to text me the code. This last time , I went in to ask for my medication at the counter, and was told that a member of staff would text a code to me shortly. They forgot to do this again, meaning i missed being able to collect.

The staff are wonderful in this busy pharmacy. I have been coming here for many years & no matter how busy they all are, I have never once seen a miserable face. Yesterday some of my items were carried out to my car for me as too heavy for me to lift. No fuss whatsever, lady was pleased to help. The only reason I haven't given 5 Stars is because I feel the pharmacy is let down by their Head Office who I feel need to put their thinking caps on & find a way to help their loyal, hardworking employees & in turn their loyal & regular customers that often line up patiently for a long time.

The staff try so hard to get to everyone quickly and are lovely and knowledgable and polite. However (not staff fault) theres not enough of them for the amount of people they have to see to. Which is a shame as its tge existing staff that have to deal with the daily means complaints and abuse they get. I'm not changing as I've always left happy

The pharmacy from hell. Always long, long queues. Whether you have a prescription or just want to buy something. When are Boots going to sort this branch out? It's been going on for too long. Surprising the staff put up with it.

The staff at Boots Postmill Close manage brilliantly, given the pressure they're under - the adjacent surgery is incredibly busy and there's a constant high demand for prescriptions. I've been coming here for years and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. I'm grateful for the excellent service they provide, especially under such difficult circumstances.
