“They were very helpful. I collected my parcel. Unfortunately the postman put in a card the next day saying he tried to deliver my parcel and he's taken it back to the sorting office. Thus is a complete lie as I collected it the day before. Whoever this is, needs to be spoken to as its a lie.”
