I in no way blame the staff for any issues as they are ubderstaffed and often do not have a pharamacist but it I do try to use other pharmacies now due to issues which have occurred.

My experience at the pharmacy has been good to start with but at the moment there is a woman who works there that I really don't like. She is petite, a twenty something and just messes with my head without stopping.

Popped in today with my parents (both 88), for my mum to get a prescription. The lady who served us, should go on a course to teach her how to deal with elderly customers. Impatient, abrupt and patronising! They have sworn not to visit this pharmacy again!

I don't know what is going wrong with this chemist or maybe it's just the way things are in the UK now but every time I visit there is a big issue. No perception drugs available, no chemist available, no flu jab available. I really have no confidence so what is going on!

Terrible. Ageist!! Refused a request for an over the counter medication because i was too old!! Ridiculous!I havent had a problem at any other chemist and in fact can buy it online from Boots Chemist.

Medically negligent. I went into to get sleeping tablets and couldn?t work out why they had stopped working for me. Turns out I had been prescribed blood pressure medication (never a condition I?ve had). Beyond unacceptable.

There are accasional times, when I can walk in and service is provided. Too many times it is haphazard or prescription items incomplete. Today was expecting two items (sent from Dr's 11 days previous) When home I found only one item in the bag. I tried every five min for two hours and phone rings unanswered!! This is not acceptable. If staff are too busy to answer the phone, they need another method of communication, message or e-mail from the web site? Seriously considering changing chemists. We usually wait until we get a phone message that medication is ready to collect. Too many new staff coming and going.

I ordered 4 items via GP to go to Well to be dispensed and delivered, 2 items arrived after 4 days, the other 2 arrived 20 days after ordering . Annoyingly they were all dispensed on the same day so the late arriving 2 must have been hanging around somewhere, the packet looked crumpled.I am aware that local staff are working very hard but are not being provided with a full complement of staff or any much needed support. Sadly I must move pharmacy for more reliable service.The owners of the ?Well? pharmacy chain are putting peoples lives at risk, we don?t take these tablets because we like the taste!! We take them because a GP thinks we need them.

My five star rating all goes to Adrian who I think is the only one "working" here.The rest of the team treats clients as though they're invisible, BUT I went in twice in three days, and Adrian really showed his willingness to help me to find solutions with medicated shampoo and repeat prescriptions for my client. He really dies understand great customer service.Well done young man, you a a great ambassador to your company. Thank you for helping me so professionally and efficiently on both occasions ??

Hard working, caring dedicated staff, be kind to them, it may look an easy job but I know its not. They have always been there supporting the community throughout the pandemic etc. so please cut them some slack, its not their fault that they haven't always had the support needed from head Office.

Everytime I've been, it's been a shambles. Saying they don't have my prescription, I go back to the doctors, yes they do have it, here's a bar code, traipse back to the pharmacy, oh we can do it for you now. 25 mins later, Oh we don't have that in stock, we will have to order it. You've had my prescription for over a week, why hadn't it been ordered in before? I have a newborn and it's difficult to get out and about. Would not recommend

The staff are friendly but they don't answer the phone , needed to see if a prescription was in as they didn't answer the phone had to take time off work to go see just to be told I had to wait , after 45mins in the que then had to wait half hour while they sorted it , one staff member would in my opinion flirt with customers rather than getting the very large customer que sorted . Lots of people complaining so something needs to be done

One after another disappointing visit to the pharmacy Well in Wymondham. AVOID if you can.Went to pick up prescription and luckily none was there. 3 ladies behind the cashier did not react that I was in there. I waited few minutes but 2 ladies was just chatting, so I said 'hi, I just came to pick up prescription' Elder lady took my prescription and disappeared. After waiting 10 minutes, I said 'I am sorry, how long it will take' - no reaction. Work speed-0. Then I asked again as I have my disabled child waiting in the car. Surprise, another lady came to see me quickly and found my medicine within hand reach in seconds. I did not say anything but the older lady sheepishly went to hide.Why would you do that? Pretending that working?
