Probably the worst Chemist I've ever had the misfortune to have to use.Tototally disorganised, rude and arrogant attitude towards customers of all ages. Frequently lose prescriptions and then try to say that the patient can't have submitted the online request correctly, or that the GP Surgery is to blame. But when you stand your ground and they see that you aren't going to leave the chemist, they miraculously find the prescription or the medication already made up on the shelves.If it wasn't for the fact that I have to use this chemist to collect medicines for two people that I care for, I wouldn't step a foot through the door again.I've already diverted medication for myself and my partner to Skelton Pharmacy. To try and avoid the stress of using such an inept service provided at 'Well Pharmacy Brotton'If I could have given it a '0' Star Rating I would have done so.

I recently left Well pharmacy due to appalling customer service,I was in the pharmacy about 1 month ago to collect my repeat prescription,waiting at the counter I was ignored for around 10 minutes.A regular visitor arrived who was served immediately,then drank his prescription in my presence,then his dog running free around the pharmacy was given treats by the staff member,who eventually dealt with me.This is the worst customer service,I as a pensioner have ever encountered,whoever is management needs to GET THEIR FINGER OUT,I take exception to to being placed behind a crackhead and his DOG

Worst pharmacy around never had your prescriptions in stock my mother's terminally ill and having to suffer because of the poor medication management would of gave 0 stars if possible

Unless your lucky enough to get Kerry or Amanda who are very professional this chemist is terrible and staff unhelpful and rude.

The service is usually slow I use this chemist almost every weekEven when the shop is empty you have to wait for staff to serve youI even got a text to say my prescription was ready to find that when i went to collect it I was told I could not have it because the pharmacist was no in attendance and I would have to wait 2 hours untill they returned to sign it off !!!Pathetic and a waste of my time

7 days to get 28 pills into a bag . About as useless as boris .I would have gave 0 stars if it was possible . The staff are that slow i think uts them that are eating all the pills

The service at this pharmacy for picking up online repeat prescriptions is awful. Have repeat prescriptions every month since I haved here and since COVID the service is terrible. Every month I have to speak to the doctor to sort prescription out as the pharmacy can't find it. After given the alloted time to wait for prescription to be done it is still not available to pick up. Will be changing pharmacy for future prescriptions.my

If I could give zero stars I would, the most arrogant unhelpful staff I have ever had to deal, with their customer service skills are diabolical and even when your prescription is due they can never find it, would highly NOT recommend well pharmacy brotton

Shambolic of a service, can't get your pills if you're too early, even if you are passing and not that way when they're due. They say it takes 3 days to get pills ready from the time they get it from the doctors, it's a disgrace.

Everytime there is a prescription to collect it is an issue either it hasn't been ordered early enough or it's been ordered too early one of the female members of staff had the cheek to shut the door in my husbands face, and was very rude and unhelpful not the first time I must add I know they are busy but at the present time but everyone is trying their best in retail and it has not only become an issue now I think it's time they had a lesson in customer service.
