We were staying in a holiday cottage and the first time I used their products I had to place an order with them. It was so easy and when I needed to ring them I spoke to a lovely lady who was so helpful. We went into their shop in Harrogate to be greeted with a friendly smile and again she was very helpful. Their products are truly amazing and since using their hair products especially my hair has been so much better. Shower, hair, skin products have been great for my sensitive skin. Thankyou H2K

While staying at a hotel for a few days away , I used their shampoo and conditioner - my hair was so silky and glossy that I purchased a bottle of the h2k conditioner and shampoo to take home.Unfortunately, I soon realised that the pump didn?t work on the one bottle and contacted the company ( h2kbotanicals) directly and I can honestly say that it was so pleasant to deal with a company that actually cares about its customers and their products equally. My issue was dealt with swiftly and I was so happy to be able to get back to using their brilliant products ( shampoo and conditioner in my case). Thank you and thanks for giving me such a first class! I couldn?t have asked for more!

Wow! I received some H2k products as a gift and have been absolutely blown away. I have sensitive skin and the wash and lotion felt like the most luxurious treat. The creams are light and quickly absorbed but really nourishing and the fragrance is perfect - delightful but not too strong. Perfect for gifts or a pick me up everyday. I?m a convert!

Oh wow, fantastic range of organic lotions. My favourite is the cucumber body lotion which has seen me through two lumpectomy operations and radiotherapy. This is an even better product than the hospital suggested and smells divine. We travelled to Harrogate (200 miles) as I wanted a large refill and stayed at The Crown Hotel, and the bonus was they have H2K products in the bathrooms. Definitely well worth the money

Super fast delivery, lavender and sandalwood lotion has helped with psoriasis that various ointments prescribed by Dr's have failed to maintain results. Lovely products, highly recommended.

This shop makes their own product. Sustainable. You can refil your bath foam, hand soap, etc The frangance are bothanicals and as showing on the mission statement they show care for nature, proudly accredited by the Vegan & Vegetarian Society. All our products are natural and cruelty free products and are not tested on animals. They claim buy free trade supplies and organic ingredients where possible. Hence why I am a client and support their business. Truly recommend a visit and a browse.

I love this business - I first came across it when my best friend had a baby and the owner helped me choose a 'new mum' type gift for her and my friend texted me to say she loved the eye cream. I visit Harrogate to see family and friends regularly and noticed the showergel at my hotel was remarkably nice and looked at the label and saw it was from here!

Used the shower gel that had been bought has a gift and left me in a large rash and has damaged my skin which was fairly painful would not use again
