My favourite little post office. Andrew and his staff are really professional and lovely people to boot. It's not just a post office as it's packed full of interesting items for sale, a bit like an old curiosity shop. There's nothing like it in Harrogate and I look forward to posting things from there...it also smells very nice

I Have used their services couple of times.At first time, I was in rush to parcel something urgently, so I forgot to keep stapler and gum.The lady staff was very cordial and helped me with everything patiently.Overall, good experience.

Mr Andrew Hart the owner of this post office has given a 5 star review of his own establishment.I will not be supporting this local post office anymore.In response to Mr Hart's comments below:- it's a coincidence that you give a 5 star review on how brilliant the staff are yet the majority of the reviews state how rude the staff are.In fact you told me "No card, no service". It was rude and unprofessional. Cash is accepted at other Post Offices. I won't support any business that refuses to take cash.

Staff are rude. Update: I have never posted a parcel here. Visited once and was told by the man behind the counter to smile. I was queuing and minding my own business at the time. I haven't returned since.

Lovely staff,helpful, always welcoming. Clean and tidy. I live on Jennyfields but always go to this one instead of the coop, as staff are so much better.

Walked into the post office at 5.20pm and requested special delivery. The staff refused to serve and saying we should send parcels via UPS. Very unprofessional

I very pleased to have found a post office less than a mile from me, since many others have closed. The service is pleasant (with a smile and a thank you) and I have to mention the selection of gifts and beautiful cards at very reasonable prices. Newspapers and magazines, too, with a delivery service no less! I will walk the extra distance just to buy cards, but the postal service is very welcome. Let's keep this one in business!

All the staff are warm, welcoming and professional. The Post Mistress has helped me endless times with postal queries and delayed packages caused by the Royal Mail. I witnessed her very politely and professionally trying to deal with a very rude and irate Royal Mail customer recently. She could not have done more to help him but this Italian gentleman refused to listen as he just wanted to be a bully. I would have banned him from the Post Office and even reported him to the Police. He was embarrassing to listen to whereas the Post Office Mistress was amazing as she always is.
