The staff are extremely variable. The young lady is outstanding but one of the other members of staff should most certainly not be in a customer facing role.

the staff really lets you know that they hate people. its like you are an inconvenience for walking in there. definitely the worst shopping experience i had.awful quality, printing ink on copies, waste of money.

Manager Rich has been an absolute star ordering in a large quantity of clip files for me to purchase when I was struggling to source a specific file. He kept me informed of when they would be expected and when they actually arrived. Super helpful. Would recommend!
