I've shopped here a handful of times now and on every single visit I have been followed round by staff as if I'm about to steal something. I have just been today and didnt even make it through the shop as i was so upset for being followed around like a criminal. You can see them standing right next to me pretending to rummage through clothes and every Isle I go down all of a sudden someone just starts moving items around pointlessly and side balling me. This has never happened to me anywhere else and I found it incredibly insulting. At first I thought it may be in my head but today I realised it really wasn't as I observed other shoppers and the majority of the staff was close by myself and my daughter, acting like secret agents with their headsets on whispering and sideballing me consistently.TK MAXX you really need to look into training your staff about social profiling especially in 2023! Extremely disappointing experiences at TK MAXX HARROGATE. The majority of the staff here should be ashamed of themselves all apart from the sympathetic cashier who appologised when I expressed how I felt and what was going on.

There is plenty of room to push the wheelchair around even though it's a very large one as I am in a bariatric wheelchairGreat selection of goods some are a bit overpriced some are good bargains

TK Maxx is usually all or nothing. Prices have risen, but you can find a decent bargain if you don't mind searching through everything.
