I quite often shop in Waitrose as I am happy with their food quality. But they need to do something for their customer toilets as are not clean and today one one was working out of 3 which has not been cleaned.

Ive lived in Harrogate since before the Waitrose opened and it used to be the go to place for good quality foods and friendly helpful service. However, In the last two years I have gone less and less because the staff are so rude and unhelpful.
