Ordered on Just eat, waited 1 hour then received someone else?s order. Something always goes wrong with this Kfc. Usually items missing. Not what we wanted and my order was twice as expensive as the one I received.

Ordered off just eat the order didn't come. When I drove to the store tonsee where the driver is the person told me they were shut and couldn't do anything about it I'd say KFC in starbeck are pretty much money thief's

Odered via Just Eat. No delivery, so called the branch to get through to fax machine feedback. Had to drive to see where our order was. 'Manager' said the driver had probably eaten it and not their problem. Wow! Agree with others on here that this branch needs shutting down.

?Deliveroo said they would deliver and after they took the order they said that they couldn't deliver it as we live outside the delivery area or something like that. When we went down there to collect they wouldn't honor the promotion as they said it had to be delivered to get it. The food we did get was cold. Later, I emailed KFC customer service and they basically said, tough, you should have had it delivered. If you like cold food, and shocking custom service, then this is the place for you. Bon appétit

I purchased a boneless banquet in the store and waited for them to prepare which took 10 minutes. When I got it home they had forgotten to put the 4 x fries in the bag. I did not want to drive back there and then as it would have took 10 minutes and my chicken would have then been cold. I complained to head office but they were uselss and did not do anything. On top of all this the original chicken did not taste as good as in other stores. They must have forgotten the secret recipe here!

should have read reviews before going. without doubt the worst kfc we have ever had. 9 piece chicken bucket with chips. chicken coating rock hard chicken inside dry and overcooked, chips a soggy mess. tried to eat one piece and threw it all in the bin. how is this place still in business, kfc should close it down with immediate effect.

Cold dry fries congealed gravy & disgusting chicken. Front of house staff like Kevin & Perry. Totally uninterested in making customer happy or even communicating. Deliveroo drivers all coming in without a mask too. So surprised the owner hasn?t lost their franchise as it?s always the same when we visit. We keep returning to see if it?s improved but over 2 years it?s just the same.

Ive had many kfc,s in my time but unfortunately i got a takeaway from kfc starbeck and it was by far and away the WORST ive ever had.it seemed like it had been re heated and was burnt and dry and the chips belonged in the bin.what a waste of £13..never again

I was just about to place an order. There was 6+ delivery drivers outside the shop waiting to pick up orders. Thought it was a queue, they told me I could go in as I was a customer and they were only not allowing drivers in to pick up orders. Then one of the drivers eventually walked in and kindly asked the managers if the order he came for was ready and showed order number to them. I think he was either Just Eat or Uber eats driver. The store manager shouted at him and showed him out with his finger pointing towards the door. Screamed at the poor man who was just trying to do his job, telling him that he?s a nobody and he must do as he?s told. Also they had loads of bags inside the shop with ready orders prepared, waiting for collection but didn?t allow any of the drivers to take them. They spoke to the drivers as if they were not human and I also overheard racist slurs about the drivers one of the managers saying with his breath calling them f*** pakis. From what I understood, most of the drivers cancelled their orders and drove off. I didn?t place any order either. Didn?t want to have anything to do with these employees. The managers at this store are racist fools who can?t keep their prejudice to themselves, speak to delivery drivers as if they were animals just because most of the drivers aren?t white, shout at people in the store, present very poor culture and zero manners. Absolutely disgusting. I?ll never return to this store. I should?ve called the police and reported a hate crime.
