The young female pharmacist (short Dark hair) really needs some training on customer interaction. It almost felt like she was trying to belittle, being extremely loud and brash tends to does that.

I ordered a prescription which has been lost, I had been told it was ordered when it hadn?t and have had to wait six weeks for four weeks of prescription.I also found the staff rude, and when I finally got my medicine, the pharmacist quite loudly said what kind of medicine it was, so other customers could hear.As a result of this I have been unable to work for some time and lost out on a lot of work and money.I have since complained via email, which seemed to have been pushed to one side.I am extremely disappointed with the business and staff.One star is generous.

I have used this pharmacy for 6 months now and have been very satisfied with the service. Our prescriptions are ready for collection within 48 hours of submission - very much quicker than the pharmacy we used previously. The staff are efficient, helpful and organised. Would highly recommend.

Disgusted, upset and disappointed at the treatment I received from the pharmacist (not other staff) the afternoon of 01/06/22. I know that pharmacists have guidelines, rules and responsibilities to clarify information and I have no doubt the pharmacist was attempting to elicit correct information...however, to be questioned so rudely and aggressively IN PUBLiC at such volume about my personal medical/health details was uncalled for. To add insult to injury, there was the insinuation of lying even after my private information had been verbally dragged out of me.The experience makes me concerned for people who are seeking genuine advice who maybe feel slightly more vulnerable due to illness/certain symptoms. If you're not happy to broadcast your health information then perhaps choose another pharmacy. Even if this individual has genuine volume control issues, I was never once invited to discuss things in another private space or room...

4th covid Jab today as I am clinically vulnerable. I'm in shock at the tiny, stuffy room in which this was administered with NO VENTILATION at all! What on earth is this clinic thinking? Vulnerable/ elderly people in a stuffy, warm environment with no windows? It's insane. DO NOT GO HERE.

Had my covid booster here on the 28th November. A friendly surgery and very efficient - rare to see service with a smile. Not from the area and a very helpful member of staff very quick with an app to confirm bus times back into the city. Just wanted to say thank you!!

The staff here really go above and beyond with customer service, communication, deliveries etc. They move mountains for people, whether regular customers or not. The pharmafists? Kind, reliable and extremely knowledgeable, and the counter staff are second to none, too. It's extremely convenient, being housed in the same building as the Huntington Surgery offices of Haxby Group Practice. They don't usually have a queue and the icing on the cake? They're open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. 10 out of 10, top notch, in every area.
