10 days ago I got really stuck when my window wipers stopped working, I was far from home and it was late at night and raining hard, I spent the night in my car in -2 degrees. I had breakdown cover but they refused to attend because they said they don't cover window wipers!!!I went to a small family owned garage in Knaersborough at 6.30am and the fella wasn't interested in seeing me. I was a woman on my own, having been in my car all night in -2 degrees.I got to Vauxhall Bristol Street Motors in Knaersborough by chance, and they showed me such warmth, kindness and concern. Before the gates had even opened a SMART engineer Barry Davis looked at my window wipers and diagnosed the problem. I cried with relief. Then the Director Paul McMullen was more than happy to help and get me booked in straight away. They invited me in to get a hot drink and use their facilities. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. And a lady who said she was from Romania originally, made me a coffee and chatted to her me up. Josh Smith the Technician was warm and patient too. I just want to say thank you so much. I wasn't expecting such a personal and friendly welcome from a big name chain garage, but it is exactly what I go. They went bove and beyond and they helped someone out in a crisis with warmth and kindness. Thanks a lot!

What can I say the staff are fantastic and nothing was too much trouble no matter how many times I rang the salesman to ask questions about the car and I have no problems recommending them 10/10

Terrible service. To say a full refit of the car on insurance less than three weeks ago still didn't pick up areas not completed. Failed to tell me car was ready after more than 2 and half hours. Was going to upgrade car in August but will go elsewhere.

A few days ago a message came up on my dashboard which when I looked in the car manual stated that although not serious it would be beneficial for the garage to take a look.Unfortunately when I called customer service they couldn?t fit me in until November. As I was unsure if this message was serious and the message I was getting kept coming on my dashboard intimidatly I dropped by the garage to explain what had happened and my concerns. Sarah on the service desk was very understanding and offered for me to take my car in the following day so they could take a look at it. They had a good look at it for me and carried out other jobs that the car needed so I didn?t then have to take it back in November. Collected it later in the afternoon to find that they had also cleaned inside my car as well as washed it - what a treat! I am so grateful to Sarah for her kindness as she understood my concern and to the mechanics team for fitting me in when I?m sure they were very busy with other customers cars. Sarah is in my opinion an asset to the company always friendly and professional. Thank you so very much ?

They were a little bullish at first but actually the salesman became more and more helpful as our conversation developed and he then gave me the space to explore the vehicles on my own which I really prefer to do. He explained how the system of QRS codes on vehicles worked and we bonded over our dislike of that kind of technologies. He and the finance fellow tried really hard to get figures to work for me but sadly now isn't the time for me to change up my car. I would go back if I wasn't leaving the area in a month.
