Just booked a holiday to Gran Canaria with Hays. Great staff, lovely lady got our requirements spot on. She really did her best to help us get what we needed. We will use Hays again

If I could give a zero I would , I told the lady what kind of vacation i was looking for she told me she would get back to me the following day and I'm still.waiting a month laterAn email or message to say she can't fund anything would have been nice.
