“I have been signed up with Tinies for many years, I got my first nanny job through them years ago which felt a breeze to find... just recently I picked up some agency work with them whilst I set up as a childminder. The ladies have been absolutely amazing finding shifts that worked around my childcare... evem some last minute changes never felt too much of an issue. You always get updates/emails about work they have available and they even managed to give me shifts at settings that I had a preference over. I would definitely reach back out to them should I ever meed to in the future. I have had some weeks of pretty much full time hours - although it is a 'zero hour contract' I was able to have 40+ hours of work if I wanted/needed it.”
