I went to this store today after calling the store and speaking with Lucinda, after a horrible experience at the store in the metro centre the night before Lucinda more than made up for any doubts we had. She was very polite and went above and beyond to help us. We definitely need more people like this is customer service.

Got my engagement ring from the Middlesbrough branch over 5 years ago and went in again after lockdown to get my wedding ring and my engaement ring was sent away to be cleaned. Most amazing staff who will go the extra mile for you so friendly and wellcoming thank you all
