Disappointed with service. As with so many chemists today, collecting prescriptions is a slow and challenging process.

Service needs attention no one answers the phone spent an hour trying to get info on prescription,had travel in to see if prescription was in, after waiting in queue for twenty minutes in shop found it wasn't in, so wasted journey, while there phone was ringing all the time but just ignored, tried ringing again two days later to check, still no one answering phone, absolutely no customer care what so ever.

I absolutely love the place the staff are so helpful and friendly nothing is ever too much for them! So glad I changed my chemist over to this one!!

Always go here! The best team who would go out of their way to help always! Best Boots store there is! Shame the scottish manager left, she was the best.

We order babies repeat from here and it has to be ordered in . It takes more than a week for them to sort it. Then on one occasion it got lost in the pharmacy and I had to get 111 to issue a new script after ringing round every chemist trying to find someone who had it in stock . They never text when your script is ready and then when you ring up you can't get anyone to answer the phone .So I went to the store and then a member of staff was complaining about the phone ringing. Perhaps if you text people when their scripts were ready they wouldn't feel the need to ring DISGRACEFUL! ServiceI will not be using this chemist again after 6 months of giving them a chance as times are difficult , I think that's enough ?

The servis in this store is the worst.. I have ever come across....Boots need to have a big shake up ..Four trips to this store and 2 phone calls ..I finally got my diabetic medication . The staff blame staff shortages ..Well thats not the custmers problem its theirs..

Can't praise the staff enough, always go out of way to help, done a fantastic job through the pandemic, yes you may have to queue but same in every shop, well done to all the team

Following discharge from JCH, suspected TIA, Doctor advised me to monitor sugar levels. A leisurely stroll took me to nearest Boots pharmacy, illegal to drive for next 28 days. Having purchased boxed sealed apparatus and upon return home opened and checked contents. The items incomplete, after rechecking box found it had been previously opened then resealed. Following telephone contact, advised to bring back and collect a new one. After appraising of my circumstances, in addition to being main career for my disabled wife, I requested they arrange a pick up and drop off as unable to face length walk again. They suggested I ask a neighbour to bring me or the item with the receipt back to the shop. They don?t have drivers, I was told by the Manageress.A most unsatisfactory experience which didn?t do my blood pressure any good, at least I have that monitor at home and didn?t need another one! At least I would think if Boots staff find boxes opened, either by customers or themselves, they at least check the box contents and ensure the customer is not disadvantaged or inconvenienced. Really sloppy work by Boots.

This boots is utterly useless I?m seriously thinking of getting my script delivered by another pharmacy they don?t answer the phone I?m disabled so have to rely on my family to pick it up I can?t expect them to run backwards and forwards to see if script is in so please if you don?t have enough staff get some it?s shocking
