I went in store to book a pick up of a single bed as donation. Was told that the driver has been booked for checking the bed, in which never turns up, also as I read reviews about drivers, since when drivers has been in charge of accepting or not, and to give bad attitudes and nastiness to the public.IT'S A SCAM and discrimination to the people who are decent human beings. They need to be closed down.

Arranged collection of Barker & Stonehouse bedroom set & coffee tables. The blokes who turned up wouldn't accept them as they had a couple of scratches on them.Absolutely outrageous. I'm really sure the people who are in need of furniture wouldn't turn these away. I smell a rat..... Who are they selling too. Won't be donating anything else to them.

I had arranged to have a 2 and 3 seater pick up which is in very good condition and only 6 years old so I thought but driver would not take it as he said it wasn't good enough what do they won't for free . I was so socked when he said this he said it was a bit faded on one arm of the 2 seater and had a small pluck the Size of a pea on it were a label had been it was clean so I thought so if your thinking about giving any furniture to this charity then make sure it's like new as they won't take it .

Paid for a display cabinet, the delivery men damaged it in transit but didn't tell me. They dropped the item off and literally ran away.The staff said they would pick it up and refund me but the manager refused. The drivers still work there. Be warned

Made appointment for them to collect a 3 seater sofa and a chair they looked at it inside and said yeah ok to take, got it outside after a bit of a job the guy was arrogant and less than polite changed his mind no it?s not good enough, had to ask them to put it back but he wasn?t suited, will never give anything again to this charity would rather take it to the tip

Rang them to donate a 3 and 2 seater sofa in good condition, came to collect it, wouldn't take it because it wasn't good enough to sell? I thought it was a charity to help people? I'll donate to a charity who actually helps people in future

overpriced, refused to return faulty vacuum cleaner until i phoned the customer service who thankfully ordered them to accept the return as it is illegal to refuse it.
