Went in Monday pretty poor service all round , I shouldn't have to wait for the manager to come down before someone can go upstairs to find a pair of trainersdecent display of trainers but won't hurry back ..one star from me

They refused to place and order for something I saw online, saying that "stock might run out quickly". It says it's in stock online, so why can't they order it? They simply don't want to move a finger. I've never had an issue ordering things in at different stores, this one is just giving bad excuses and don't want to work

Refused to refund or replace the faulty airmax shoes saying the warranty doesn't cover the airbags. Only had them for 2 months. Worst customer service ever.

Paid over £100 for a pair of trainers for my daughter online. Two shoes arrived, different sizes and styles. Tried to return them to my local store, as advised in the literature that came with the shoes. They refused to replace or refund 'as they did not want to be stuck with an odd pair' and advise I contact the customer service phone line. 2 days later and over 90 minutes on hold and have yet to speak to anyone. I want a refund and I can't get anywhere. Will never use this shoddy company again.
