Went to buy some currency all advisors were busy however on entering not one looked up to acknowledge, we stood waiting for 10 minutes still no one turned around to acknowledge we even existed. After 10 minutes we walked out and bought a good amount of currency from another agency who again were busy on entering but immediately acknowledged us and said they wouldn't be too long. a little acknowledgement goes a long way..

I cannot recommend Hayes Travel enough. They truly are a world class business. I didn't know how to carry money overseas without having to carry a wad of foreign currency. They do a card. It's brill. 10/10
