I went in here the other day just to buy a drink and a chocolate bar I I walking to the counter to pay for my drink and chocolate bar the girl looked at my I smiled at her she looked at me with a blunt face did not smile back when I paid for my products I said to her u need to smile u will get more customers in the shop people might know how to run a business but they don't know how to to be socialble and polite and friendly to their customers it's bad for business it MarKO Talking from Facebook Radio

Heron is a good shop, they sometimes have really good offers. The only complaint would be short sell by dates, so good to really check them.

Always a good variety of stock, prices are excellent, what's not to like!Disappointed that Heron's prices have gone up quite substantially recently, much like everywhere else.There is still a good bargain to be had though and I do always find the staff very friendly and helpful.
