Friendly staff and probably the only place to get physical media in store these days. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that access to the 4K blu Ray's and DvDs is blocked off on a Sunday and pricing can be a little haphazard which can work to your advantage on a lucky day or disadvantage on a bad one - its understandable with the amount of stock they deal with.

Customer Service was pretty good! I come into HMV a lot, sometimes to have a look around or buy something. Everything is well organised and prices are decent! The staff are very kind, they actually initiate conversation sometimes which I think makes you feel very welcomed! I'll definitely come here when I want vinyls or anything probably music related!
