Made excuse to not fulfil the offer of tower burgers. I asked to leave them out and was told you can't have burgers. Kids wanted mayonnaise and they didn't have any. They also did not have any supercharger sauce. I placed 4 identical orders but 2 came with items missing!

For my order , I asked for a family chicken bucket and the price was 17.99 just for six pieces of chicken what a ripp off . Ordered online. Just bought one bucket meal and took well over an hour to prepare. They don’t pick up calls, food was cold, I don’t understand how it takes a fast food restaurant 1hour and 30minutes to prepare one meal.
