Disgusting! I went in at 2:10 with a prescription of antibiotics for my daughter who had just been diagnosed with scarlet fever! I stood in the Que with 5 people before me, when I got to the front at 2:20 I got told the pharmacist has now gone on her dinner and all prescriptions can not be handed out. Everybody left and so did I for 10 minutes, me and my 6 year old I?ll daughter went back in to an empty pharmacy, gave her name and details and was politely told that they would get it sorted. So that?s fine we sat down and we waited. 1 hour and 30 minutes later me and my daughter are still sat there! Oh I?m also 36weeks pregnant with bad SPD! My friend came in and I told her so she went and asked by this point there was about 20 people in there. The pharmacist then said oh did nobody tell you?. We have ran out of antibiotics! So I?m 8 month pregnant, in pain, sweating due to that many people in there, with a severely ill daughter who has Scarlett fever, and 2 hours in total from the first time I went in before the women took her dinner break, it?s took them all that time to tell me that there is no antibiotics left ? Absolute joke! So the hormones kicked in as expected I was so angry because never once had I huffed and puffed or sighed, I just sat there quietly while everybody else got stressed, because I understand the stresses of the NHS but this was plain disgusting negligence! They made eye contact with me multiple times and got a smile, but didn?t have the decency to tell me ? I was disgusted, fuming, angry, in pain, a whole world of emotions! Just before I was about to walk out, magically they had antibiotics left but it was a stronger dose than prescribed, so this dose needed to be halfed to give to my poorly daughter! So what should be 5ml 4 times a day, is now 2.5ml x4 a day! I?ve tried ringing to put a complaint in over the phone to the complaints manager but to much surprise no answer after 56 calls up To now! I want a formal complaint putting in about this because I?m so angry and disgusting with the service I received today.

Phoned today too see if prescription was in ,to be shouted at HELLO CAN I HELP HELLO ,I asked too see if a prescription is ready for me to be told I've got no time too look for a prescription, like isn't that the job of a chemist too tell me if prescription is ready,so I will drive there today and ask if a prescription is ready,I see no difference than ringing or clogging the already long waited ques for people asking if there is a prescription there.

I think this chemist needs more staff more items which everyone is needing the staff are not to blame for the time it's taking .

Absolutely shocking service. Staff are not interested. Just leave you stood at the till for over 15 minutes. Disgusting, shut the place down and start again, sack all the staff immediately. Shocking

It's ridiculous you queue for 20 minutes one server to be then told your medication is not there but in the hub and not sure when it will reach chemist. Queing needs to be addressed should be one queue for collection one for handing in and one for buying.

It's a great place if you love waiting 45 minutes in a room full of sick people and bored children. Also there's a big chance of not getting anything at all and being told to come back tomorrow or go elsewhere

Need more staff can wait up to 45 minutes Avoid if possible if you're in a rush and after time stuff missing

3yrs of excuses... prescription not ready, prescription not complete, blaming the Drs surgery for not requesting prescription properly. Going backwards and forwards wasting time until prescription is ready to collect. Backwards and forwards from Chemist to Drs to get codes and then standing in long queues over and over desperate to obtain meds.Final straw was the usual "it's not ready come back in half an hr" to then be told "we owe you one, no actually we owe you a couple".Apparently 'we owe you a couple' means they don't have all of your requested meds and therefore go elsewhere.Assistant then went on to announce to a shop full of customers the names of my medications that they couldn't provide.I walked out at that point and my daughter called back in later to retrieve my prescription and obtained my medication from ASDA with no problem at all and she was treated like a customer that was putting money into the till and not an inconvenience.I won't be using Knights chemist again. There is a chemist in North Ormesby close to home which I'll be using for my repeat meds. The place needs boycotting.

Can someone please tell me where all the good staff have gone?I have used this pharmacy for many years and I have to say that although the staff look to have been under pressure the last few years which I can understand with how busy it is but my most recent experiences are beyond a joke. The staff what are in there now are appalling the way they speak to customers and even other staff, namely Kath she is beyond rude. I find her so unapproachable compared to the other staff who usually treat me with compassion.I haven?t seen many of the regular staff in here on my last two visits, the place is going downhill so bad.I?m looking to change pharmacy?s now but this is my closest one.

I gave it 1 star and that's not the staff, its Knights, The shop is to small, its outdated, there is no room for meds staff or customers. Knights should hold there heads in shame and act on the complaints, it should not be all about profits. There was a day when meds were ready staff were happy and customer's largely satisfied. Larger premises the old council office would be better. Then more staff more room happier customers and not so far going from doctors to chemist to try and sort things out.Knights are worth a lot of money.

One of the girls that work their Claire was absolutely disgusting she embarrassed me by the way she spoke to me I was humiliated, I'm not happy about the chemist they make u feel so uncomfortable and they look down their nose at you, even the pharmacist James heard what she said to me and was shocked this is inappropriate behaviour from a professional
