Member of staff turned up fo work 6 minutes to 10. Still putting up papers at 2 minutes past 10. Not good customer service

Looks so grim from the outside. Definitely not a place for the feint of heart. Very dark, I felt frightened on my approach, so much so that I turned away. Avoid I would say
