Excellent customer service lovely young girl rang another store to check they had the coat I wanted & hold for me. Very friendly so helpful.

Went to next at cleveland retail park today. What amazing customer service I received, I didn’t catch the girls name but she was pregnant. I would rate this 0 stars if i could.Terrible service from the manager named Deborah. Calling us theifs, saying we had stolen the coat we where trying to return as it had a hole in it.Unbelievable, never purchasing anything from this store again.
