Gotham may have its supervillains and brooding nights, but nothing could prepare me, the Dark Knight, for the perplexing enigma that is the Pets at Home store in Coulby Newham. With cape and cowl, I ventured into this establishment, expecting to find the finest accoutrements for my trusty Bat-Dog. Alas, my fabled detective skills were put to the test as I navigated this labyrinth of animal oddities, leading me to grant a mere two stars to this confounding escapade.Upon entering, I was greeted by a cacophony of barks, squawks, and meows that would make even the Joker cover his ears in agony. I couldn't help but wonder if Commissioner Gordon had unleashed the Bat-Signal by mistake, summoning an army of four-legged vigilantes to aid me in my quest. However, these creatures seemed more interested in their own capers than in assisting the Caped Crusader.As I ventured further into the store, I encountered a vast assortment of toys and treats, each more bewildering than the last. I stumbled upon a section labeled "Catnip Wonderland," where felines of all sizes and dispositions frolicked among what can only be described as hallucinogenic flora. I confess, dear readers, that even my keen intellect was baffled by the concept of a cat on a psychedelic trip.In my quest for canine comfort, I encountered the "Doggy Spa" section, replete with fluffy bathrobes and canine cologne. Imagine my surprise when a store clerk suggested that my Bat-Dog might benefit from a lavender-scented bubble bath. I retorted, "I am vengeance, I am the night ? I am not a bubble bath enthusiast!"But the pinnacle of absurdity was reached when I attempted to purchase a bag of "Gourmet Hamster Delights." The store clerk, perhaps influenced by the aforementioned catnip, suggested I sample these treats myself, proclaiming them to be a "delicacy of the rodent realm." I recoiled in horror, reminding her that I am the night and not, in fact, a hamster.In conclusion, my visit to Pets at Home in Coulby Newham was a whirlwind of perplexity and pet-related peculiarities. While the store undoubtedly caters to the animal-loving citizens of the city, even the Dark Knight himself found himself grappling with the strange and bewildering offerings. Thus, I begrudgingly bestow upon this experience a modest two stars, with a whispered promise to my Bat-Dog that we shall search for more sensible sanctuaries in the future. To the Bat-Cave, and away from the furred and feathered madness!

Just tried to buy 2 gold fish from coulby newham store I have a 55 gallon tank but was told by the person on till it wasn?t big enough for 2 goldfish so wouldn?t sell me them she has 7 in a very small tank which they will die in because she wanted me to put 1 fish in my tank there no logic in this very arrogant woman in the way she spoke not a store people should go for there pets

I needed a harness fitting on my dog following surgery, Mel and Denise were very helpful trying several to get the right fit. They also took care with her round her wound/stitches. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend them to others.

we had a broken hamster cage. we returned it to the store and we got served by Kirsty. she was so so helpful and helped us transfer the hamster bedding into the new cage. they needs to be more of you! your a credit to the store
