The staff are great and always helpful.But the company's decision to open from 8.00am till 10.00am is an absolute joke, then again 4.00pm till 6.00pm.So I either have to go for my lunch at work first thing in the morning to make the drop off, or I have to drive into Middlesbrough town center at rush hour every evening.I spend thousands of pounds on postage, the inconvenience of this makes me question if Royal mail is the best small item courier for me??If last year's Christmas was anything to go by this system will cripple as the full time staff had queues out of the door most days.

Worst service imaginable from this Royal Mail depot. Changed opening hours so go to collect a parcel and expect to wait in excess of half an hour.

Can?t be bothered to change the times of opening on website and cards. Open till 7 on a Monday no it isn?t shuts at 12 loads of cars turning up wasting their time !!!

Helpful lady on the desk, very quick and efficient service picking up my Amazon parcel. There is a handy post box down the side of the building as well on the path towards the Sainsbury's underpass. Solidarity to all Royal Mail workers as well who work so hard all year round in all weathers.
