I'm registered through my surgery for my prescriptions and get text alerts unfortunately more often than not I have to go into shop to check if they've received my script normal time to receive an alert is about 3 days

I get a text when my prescription is ready and go across and pick it up.The staff are warm and friendly, can't fault Tesco.

GP sent prescription electronically but no text from pharmacy over 48 hours later to say it?s ready to be picked up? Rang to chase up but nobody picks up the phone! Very poor service.

Always a wait and take ages to get your prescription. Staff are nice but when it's busy should be two on desk.

If there was a zero rating I would of gone with it the queues are always horrendous and long with one person only ever serving I've just stood in a queue of 4 people with the person in the front having a problem only to reach the front myself and one of my items not ready after receiving a text 2 days previous to say they're ready to collect i am now obviously changing my pharmacy they really need to supply more staff on the counter to eliminate queues

Genuinely the worst pharmacy i have ever used .12 days after being approved my prescription wasn't readyThen two days later they tell me one essential item isnt in stock .Obviously id then been without that drug for 5 days then im expected to wait another three ..Absolutely the last time i use it and id not recommend it to anyone .

Ian the pharmacist from this store helped my daughter out with an Emergency prescription when her regular pharmacy wouldn?t. Very pleasant/helpful to deal with along with the rest of the staff100%So grateful, this stopped my daughter from having to go to A&E due to her doctor sending her prescription to the wrong pharmacy which was closed

I have been every day for 2 weeks and since they have said that my prescription had been collected although it hadn?t then changed again to it was on the spine and finally that it had been cancelled by the doctors. The doctors have tried to contact them numerous times and they have refused to speak about my medication. Do not recommend !!!!

Not enough staff serving, and when you do eventually get served you find they haven't even made up the acute prescription that was sent electronically over 24 hours ago and have another half hour wait

I hadn't needed a prescription since 2017 but found the staff at Coulby Newham very attentive and friendly even when busy.Following a telephone consultation in the morning, my doctor had emailed the prescription to the pharmacy, which was packaged up and ready for collection in the afternoon. A very seamless transaction, thank you.
