Booked a holiday today with the help of Helen, Helen was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. She made a big fuss of our children as this is an exciting process and had them involved in this. She even got them a "boarding ticket" and a certificate for thier help. One of the best experiences we've had and will certainly use this branch in future because of the service we recieved. Thank you so much Helen for providing such amazing customer service, but for treating our children like actual children too and having them involved.

Phoned to just get a price, got through to Lizzie, her customer service was excellent, we weren?t planning on booking today but with the deal she got us it was to good to miss, holiday all booked for the end of may, I honestly could highly recommend this store for there excellent prices and fantastic service.I?m looking to book another holiday for the end of the year and I certainly won?t be going anywhere else.
