Went in to buy a remote control...entire experience including selection less than 5 mins.Took it back for a refund next day...less than 5 minutes again. Admittedly it was quiet in store, but none the less, very good customer service.

Ordered a TV that didn't say out of stock but then had to wait 2 days for it with them saying it'll be ready to collect at 10. Arrived at 1030 and still wasn't ready...been told to wait 30mins and come back, will update after

Not a good experience. Ordered an item on-line with assurance that it will be ready for collecting the next day before 4 pm - this was not the case. Phoned customer service and after being on hold for 21 minutes was put through to the wrong department. Called again and on hold for 12 minutes - put through to the same department. Called again, got through to the correct area. Told that they would look into it and call me back before 12.30 the next day, no call received, so called them again. Still they cannot tell me when this order will be arriving some 4 days after buying the item on-line. NEVER AGAIN.

I have just had a suite delivered and the three guys were brilliant.. I'm on crutches on not well at all but they placed the suite just where I wanted it... can not fault argos in all areas... WELL DONE FOR GETTING IT SO RIGHT.. wish more stores were as helpful with good quality of items.

Order and paided for an item online, went to collect on Christmas eve and found doors shut because of a technical issue which I understand but not to be able to give me an item thats been paid or move it to a shop so I can collect from is disgusting especially as its a present for a child, even customer services were useless

We ordered a baby chair and recieved a trampoline. We had ordered next day delivery but we got told we'd receive it in 5 days. When we went to shop got told we had to pay again. We didn't pay again thankfully but took long till we got a baby chair. Now I ordered an iPhone from shop. Got told I'd recieved it late today. After I paid she changed it and said it would be Monday. I checked online and it says this phone is available to collect from my local shop (northallerton) or when I was in the shop they said it wasn't available. She also said I couldn't order other colours as I had to wait but could order only grey. I said ok as i thought it was same day delivery but no she changed it. If I knew it then I'd have ordered a colour I wanted and also honestly in this shop they have some very wrong staff. Trouble everytime we order something so unresponsible.
